InHome Advisors  provides independent environmental home safety consulting, usability evaluations, and non-invasive smart technology configuration.

1. No Clinical or Medical Care: InHome Advisors  is an environmental and accessibility consultancy (“the place”) and is not a home health agency, medical provider, or clinical care service (“the person”). We do not deliver direct personal care, nursing, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), or clinical health monitoring.
2. No 24/7 Central Emergency Dispatch: InHome Advisors does not operate a 24/7 central emergency monitoring response station or security dispatch service. All smart home sensor notifications, radar fall alerts, and activity logs route directly to designated client or family mobile devices.
3. Owner’s Representative Model: For structural home modifications or major remodeling projects, InHome Advisors acts solely as an independent family advisor and Owner’s Representative. We do not act as a licensed General Contractor, nor do we pull construction permits or perform licensed trade execution (electrical, plumbing, structural). Property owners contract directly with vetted, independent, licensed, and insured local contractors.
